We process personal data only on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). The German version is legally binding.

Enquiries by form, email or phone
When you send us an enquiry, we process the details (service, location of the property, phone or email, message) to answer it and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Without a contract we delete the data once the enquiry is settled, at the latest after 6 months; for orders, statutory retention periods apply (7 years under § 132 BAO).
The enquiry form opens your email program; data is only transmitted when you send the email yourself.
Hosting and server logs
When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is briefly stored by the hosting provider to ensure secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies, analytics, fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Project photos
We publish photos of client projects only with the written consent of the owners (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We show no house numbers, number plates or identifiable people, and name only the town, not the address. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by email to office@gemeinsam-bauen.at; the photo is then removed promptly.
We link to our Instagram profile but embed no content. Data is only transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. once you click the link; their privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to office@gemeinsam-bauen.at. You can lodge complaints with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna: www.dsb.gv.at.
